I walked the sinful road,
my heart a heavy load
Then Jesus came to me
When I knelt down to Pray ,
I heard him gently say
Come walk a new road, with me

I’m walkin’ a new road,
no more the heavy load
Of sin and shame, to bare
I’ve found a new Love,
in Christ the Lord above
And now his Grace , I’ll share
